Turn Up is powered by a combination of your daily transactional data feed and then overlaid with predictive and descriptive data inputs and analysis. This combination of data sets, modelling and analysis provides the user with a holistic view of their business activity.
Currently built as a responsive web app, users can access the platform on any desktop or mobile device via turnup.co.nz
The app will be released as a downloadable app for Apple and Android users via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store once pilot is completed.
Each user is assigned a unique login. To ensure you keep your data safe, please do not share your login details or password with anyone else.

We’ve invested in technical, physical and administrative safeguards to do our part to help keep your data safe and secure. For full details on how this is managed, please refer to the Turn Up Terms and Conditions and Privacy documents which can be found in your app settings.
Businesses in your region and industry who have access to the Turn Up app can see the same benchmarking module. All competitor data has been aggregated and suppressed if there are less than 6 stores in an area. This is to ensure no confidential information relating to an individual business can be identified. And, each customer can only see their benchmark data.
Using your in-store terminal transaction history, we calculate your store's predicted sales based on the day of the week, the time of the year, your sales trends, and external factors such as school holidays.
These external factors also help us to predict how busy a day might be. For example, Waitangi day falling on a Monday might make that Monday busier than your usual Monday in February.

We’ve allocated one user account per business as per the agreed product terms and conditions. This is to ensure your data is in safe hands. Contact support@turnup.co.nz if you’d prefer a different person in your business to have access to the app.
The app is currently available to select users based on eligibility criteria which your business meets. The e-mail you’ve provided to Verifone is the merchant account you’ll have access to.

During the 2 month pilot, there is no fee to use the app. This gives you the opportunity to try out the app and see how it can benefit your business.

Your store hours are based on the transactions recorded over the previous weeks. If you think this is incorrect - get in touch with support@turnup.co.nz.
The app has been built as a dynamic tool which adjusts as your data changes. If your store changes its trading hours and days, you will see this reflected in your benchmarking and customer activity figures. As predictions are trained on historical data, these figures will have less accuracy until there is enough historical data available.

You will also have the opportunity to share your ideas and comment on your experience in an online survey half way through the pilot program and at the end of the 8 week period.
